Hello Parents,
Please remember to call the office at 827-6500 before 9am if your child is sick, absent or late . Leave a message with your child’s name, teacher’s name and grade, and the reason for the absence.
Also, we will be collecting all free/reduced lunch applications and emergency cards on Thursday. Each child must return the emergency card. Check the information for accuracy. If there is an error please put a line through the old information and add the new.
For free and reduced lunch forms you only need to fill out one per family. Include the case number, name, address, last four digits of your social security and income. Please print and sign your name. Lastly, make sure to provide us with a working phone number in case we need to reach you.
