Bringing Mardi Gras to Dearborn Once Again!


It’s that time again. Time to unwind and have some fun!

Attend the Dearborn Education Foundation’s annual Mardi Gras event taking place at Dearborn Hills Golf Course on February 12, 2013 from 3:30 – 9 pm. Spend time with over 200 teachers, parents, district employees, and community leaders. Come check out their great silent auction filled with items like Tiger tickets, hotel packages, DELL lap tops, wine tasting party, hand made items, autographed merchandise, etc., and don’t miss the drawing of our BIG SHOT 50/50 Raffle.

This event raises tens of thousands of dollars to help fund grant requests made by the teachers of the Dearborn Public School system. Their needs range from musical instruments, math & science teaching tools, to classroom equipment and technology.

Advance tickets are available for $20 or $25 at the door. There will be food, a cash bar, entertainment, great food, raffles, and our famous school doubloon contest. The fun starts at 3:30 and goes until 9 pm. If you are interested in being a Mardi Gras sponsor, and/or donating to the silent auction donation forms for both are available on line at www.dearbornedfoundation.org.
