Greetings Oakman Families,
We hope you are all staying safe and healthy at this time. Oakman teachers and staff miss every single one of you and are looking forward to seeing you as soon as we can. Oakman teachers are working hard to continually keep you updated and in providing supplemental lessons and activities to do. It is important that these assignments are completed and that each student continues to read on a daily basis in order to maintain student learning.

Oakman Lions are you ready for a challenge?
Mrs. Dakhlallah received a video from Susu Ismail from Miss. Earle’s room. Susu took the time out to measure her room and curtains! Thevideo is attached for you to view. This weeks challenge will be focused on measurement.
Kindergarten-Grade 1: Measure a book using pennies or beans.
Grade 2: Measure your bed using a measuring tape.
Grade 3: Measure your room using a measuring tape.
Grades 4-5: Find the perimeter of your living room!

You must complete the challenge and send Mrs. Dakhlallah an email with a picture and the answer (dakhlam1@dearbornschools.org). Mrs. Dakhlallah will post pictures on the blog!
