Breakfast is available in the cafeteria each morning starting at 8am. Students who are in the cafeteria need to remain in the cafeteria until 8:20 am before going outside to line up outside.  Adult supervision outside starts at 8:30 am when the bell rings.

Tomorrow is a 1/2 day. Oakman students will be dismissed at 11:45am The PTA will also be selling popcorn tomorrow.

Oakman students watched “The Three Billy Goats Gruff”performed by the Motor City Lyric Opera! The anti-bullying performance reminded students that “Kindness is contagious!”  Thank you Motor City Lyric Opera!    

Oakman’s Ecology Club raffled off three bike helmets!  

Oakman students are the best! We had 120 students who either walked or rode their bikes to school this morning. These students were greeted with a healthy snack and are entered in a drawing to win a helmet. Most importantly, these students took a big step towards being healthy and helping their environment.
