It seems like we may be finally getting some warm weather and we are so ready for it!! We hope you enjoyed the weekend and spent some time outside.
Our Oakman yearbooks have arrived. If you have not ordered one and are interested in buying a copy, we will be selling them for $15. Please let us know in the office as soon as possible as copies are limited.
What Is Happening This Week??
Monday: CARE TO THE CORE DAY in all Dearborn Schools. This is a special district initiative that brings awareness to the ways our schools are working together to create safe environments. At Oakman, each grade-level has been working on an activity that demonstrates anti-bullying, helping others and overall safety. Tuesday: 5th Grade M-Step continues
Parent Technology Training at Fordson at 6pm. This session will assist parents with: setting up email accounts, subscribing to teacher blogs and their school blog , using their parent connections accounts, accessing DPS resources such as ‘clever’ from our district webpage, and using social media. ALL are welcome.
Wednesday: 5th Grade M-Step continues
